20-24 hours w/o power; what food can I keep?

Sorry, I know there were threads on this earlier this summer, but there are so many power outage threads I wasn't able to find them and need a quick answer before I head to the store. We did not open the fridge or the freezer. Not sure when power came back on, but it was out between 20-24 hours. What can I keep and what must I toss? TIA

Everything in the fridge should be tossed. The freezer should be fine.
