My FB feed is totally cracking me up today. On a sad note, though -- is this true? I personally like the fact that my tax dollars go towards educational programming (after all, we can't all afford to send our kids to private school like Romneys can).

OP here. No -- but I do like that there is educational programming available to people who cannot afford great schools and/or private preschool, and who, in the absence of such educational programming, would let their children watch cartoons with no educational component (rather than engage in learning activities with their kids).
