What, if anything, do schools do with individual SOL scores?

| Other than collecting aggregate statistics on SOL pass rates, what do schools do with individual test scores? For example, do they inform teachers' placement decisions regarding what math or reading groups to put students in? Just curious.... |

At our elementary school they do nothing with them.
Assessments for what math/reading groups are done separately and have nothing to do with SOL scores. |
