Their benefits are listed on their website. Actually, their website is very user friendly, and contains a lot of information. (I had to research some stuff about them a few years ago). Can't tell you about the culture, other than it's a right-to-work state (no unions).

Oh, and I don't believe they have Social Security contributions/benefits. They have a more robust retirement pension. At least they did.
