David Koch now favors gay marriage and raising taxes

I must say that I'm really struck by the businessman's pragmatism here... I mean, most big businesses support gay marriage because they need good workers and some of those workers may be gay. Also, it strikes me as pragmatic to assert that balancing the budget will require some tax increases.

And that it's 1/2 of the Koch brothers saying these things... Wow.

Very interesting. One of the Koch brothers has given millions to the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History dinosaur and human evolution exhibits (proving they do not believe that people rode dinosaurs 5,000 years ago). So why are they dumping millions into campaigning for people who refuse to compromise on the issues of taxation and want to amend the constitution to prevent same sex marriage? Maybe, at the end of the day, nothing trumps policies that will inure to the benefit of their pocket books.
