For something fast, I love SweetGreen and Chop't. For a restaurant, Woodmont Grill (formerly Houston's) in Bethesda and the Carlyle in Shirlington serve my favorite salads. Also good are salads at Cheesecake Factory, Clyde's and Cafe Deluxe. Cactus Cantina has good salads too- but it's tough resisting the chips.

Many threads on here about people who got diarrhea after eating at Chop't. I really love the chopped salads at Ted's Montana Grill though.
