Lies During Fourth Year
“I am told that Governor Romney’s new running mate, Paul Ryan, might be around Iowa the next few days,” he said while in Council Bluffs, Iowa. “He is one of the leaders of Congress standing in the way. So if you happen to see Congressman Ryan, tell him how important this farm bill is to Iowa and our rural communities.” House passed bill on August 2, 2012 (Paul Ryan voted yes) http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2012/roll554.xml The American automobile industry has come roaring back…So now I want to say what we did with the auto industry, we can do it in manufacturing across America. Let’s make sure advanced, high-tech manufacturing jobs take root here, not in China. And that means supporting investment here. Governor Romney … invested in companies that were called ‘pioneers’ of outsourcing. I don’t want to outsource. I want to insource. Wow the first lie you post and you already got it wrong. Ryan voted for a stopgap bill after refusing to consider the five year comprehensive farm bIkl that passed the senate.
Off to a pretty sad start there. |
And I'm pretty sure there isn't a sentient being on the planet who still buys the "You Didn't Build That" misquote. |
All politicians put their spin on things -- in fact, pretty nearly every human being does it. But building an entire campaign strategy on lies is a GOP specialty honed by tacticians from Atwater to Rove. |
The sad thing is their main response to the press accusations of Republican lying is to point at Obama. They don't even TRY to defend what they say.
The worst part is that they don't even come up with good Obama lies. OP fails. |
About 3 months after the BP Oil Spill, Obama and his "team of scientists" came up with the idea of a cap to stop the leak (per his television address) |
His $800 billion stimulus created jobs and saved the economy.
It's all Bush's fault from almost 4 years ago. He's closing Guantanamo Bay (wasn't that like his 1st day of his presidency, like out the gate). |

Sadder and sadder. Your smear campaign is a big FAIL. |
Nice try. Even the sum of all the mis-statements by Obama over 5 years doesn't even approach the number of GOP whoppers told in the last few days. And I believe Obama wanted to close Guantanamo but the GOP wouldn't let him. That is much different than lyin' Ryan's claim of a sub 3marathon which is pure fantasy.

+1. Excellent point. |
Hey OP, you don't get to fact check Obama since, you know, Romney/Ryan won't let their campaign be dictated by factcheckers. |
