Whay was with the entrance? Sucked the energy out of the room after Rubio had them up.

Love that he spoke on just how hard the past four years have been in such an empathetic manner. I'll bet he really knows how it feels to struggle to pay for $50 in gas, or to work two minimum wage jobs.

DH and I had fun playing "try to spot a minority in the crowd". So far we counted two (not counting the security agent who was assigned Romney's detail).

I doubt if Obama knows how it feels any more than Romney.

Would it be too much to ask for him to offer some semblance of what he plans to do if elected? I've heard this story told 15 different ways since this convention started. Yes, 5 kids, yes Ann home with the kids, yep Bain, Mormon, Dad the governor, he built it.... Ya ya ya......!

I totes forgot about the part where Romney grew up with a single mom and Obama had a dad who was a wealthy automobile executive.

Not PP but I didn't hear anything besides bromides and sweeping tales of the magic of American Exceptionalism and how wondrous immigration was before, like, 1940 or so (because now it's evil).
