Julia Brown Olney vs. Chester brook

I don't have any experience with those places, but Mater Amoris is a montessori school in the Olney/Ashton area. My oldest goes there and we really love it. Great teachers, really involved parents and a picturesque campus. Plus the tuition is very reasonable.

I suggest you go to visit both. One is a "stricter" Montessori school and the other is not.

We're at Chesterbrook, and while we never looked at Julia Brown, I can say for sure you need to visit both, they're VERY different types of places.

Chesterbrook (Formerly Olney Children's Center - so google that as well for some limited reviews) is a friendly, flexible, informal place. They definately have their issues, but given the limited child care options in Olney, it was the right choice for us. We've been there (2 kids) for going on 3 years and are overall happy.
