Do any lawyers know what Big Law staff make?

I am contemplating a career change and I'm curious what salary that staff at Big Law make. I am talking about business development and recruiting people, not secretaries or paralegals, and I understand that it depends a lot on firm size and experience levels. I am really just looking for a ballpark figure to make some initial decisions about pursuing a few opportunities.
