Acid reflux during pregnancy

I have sever reflux for the past 10 years. With my first pregnancy it was bad but nothing like what I am going through with my 2nd pregnancy. I have been really sick and I am now 13 weeks. I was in the hospital for 8 days and now I am at home with TPN. I do not know how long I have to be on TPN. My reflux has not improved at all and I am taking Reglan and Protonix. I am not functional at all. I have been in bed for 7 weeks. Just wondering if anyone one had the same situation if so, please share if anything helped you.
