I might like the Greek " oe" names for this. Marina Chloe, Marina Zoe.

I think you have a lot of options. Marina is gorgeous, and I think there are a lot of names that would sound great with it.

something two syllable with a stress on the second syllable. there are a lot of french sounding names that fit this. not in love with any of the following but here are some examples.

julie, anette, etc

I would say "Mari" more likely than "Rina," if you had to have a short version, which I don't think you do, at all.

I like Marina Claire. But I just like Claire, in general.
