Math Enrichment Opportunities/Tutors

DC is in a school that does not have any Math club for kids younger than 6th grade. I have 2 questions;

1. Anyone know of local opportunities for kids who are good at math to just get together and do some math problem solving activities etc/

2. Anyone know of a good tutor in Fairfax county who might be available this week for some private enrichment? (ie not a current FCPS teacher as they have to be back in school this week preparing)
