I am freelance photographer, specializing in children,siblings and family photography; I am sure there are other people who provide services for children, ex: magicians, clowns, private music teachers, dance teachers

Wouldn't this go under "For Sale", as you are selling a service? I vote for not adding a forum. Maybe a name change to "For Sale/Services" would do the trick. For Sale is currently not very highly used.

Actually, this all sounds like advertising to me. But, to limited extents, the "For Sale" forum is probably appropriate.
