Help! I need to bring dish to a potluck with the theme of restaurant copy cats...needs to serve about 20 people. Anyone have something that would fit this description?

My husband made copy cat chick-fil-a this weekend. It was pretty good. The key seems to be brining for an hour in pickle juice.
