Toddler activity

Can anyone recommend a great place for ballet or dance classes, soccer or french language afternoon programs for toddlers? I live in the Silver Spring area and looking for an afternoon program (preferable after 2pm). everything is scheduled between 9am and noon.

We love French alliance for our two kids from toddler years to school age, and for soccer, we absolutely adore tots program run by Kids Pro Soccer. For french you would have to go to DC, off Connecticut (traffic is great on Sat and Sun), and kids pro soccer has lots of choices, but we go to candy cane park and norwood.
