Reccomend your favorite resources for lawyer going solo

I'm starting my own solo law practice and I'd love to hear about favorite resources from those who have gone before. I have a niche practice catering primarily to start-ups and companies with a strong online presence, so I plan to practice from a virtual office. I'd love to hear about any favored (or detested) resources, like website designers, web host, document management software, billing/accounting software or services, referral services, phone/fax/pdf technology, etc. Any thoughts? Any tips?
