anyone use endnote?

| i'm having a little trouble with a few of my cited articles - endnote isn't pulling the year in - how do i fix this? |

| Go to references, edit references and make sure the year is listed. If so, go to edit output styles and make sure year is listed in out put styles. If you are still having trouble and work someplace like a university or the NIH, call the librarian and ask if they have an EndNote Specialist. |

| I've had good luck using the Thomson customer service form online. Got a good followup response the next day and fixed my problem. No charge. Just google Endnote support. |
