One of my co-worker went to law school later, and is now 34 going on 35, and says she can't even think of having kids due to high private loans for herself and her husband. We are federal government attorneys.
Not to beat you up too much, and children are certainly more important than anything else in this world but--- yes, I do think it is irresponsible to have two kids (not just one, even), without being able to bear the expenses.

Your co-worker that cannot afford kids. They have other reasons for not having kids. Money is just one of the reasons they give nosey people
