| His mugshot doesn’t look bad. |
If the back ramp was down in the road there are no taillights either. Very easy to crash into one of these things. Sure, maybe he was in an altered state, but sober people hit these trailers all the time. |
| Elin Nordegren must be thanking her lucky stars. |
That's NOT what happened! |
FFS read before you comment. The truck with the trailer were driving down the road but too slowly for Mr. Important. |
You have a photo of the truck and trailer it was hauling and precisely where it was on the side of the road or whatever they're claiming? No, you don't. Both parties can be partially at fault, you know. |
Not as bad as his previous mugshot. His eyes are half closed with heavy lids. He looks like he has under eye bruising in his most recent one. I would assume the airbag deployed. |
He is now up to 7 back surgeries, he had a lumbar disc replacement done last year. In the police report they mention multiple surgeries over the last year. He had a leg surgery as well. Who knows what else. I am sure he has significant pain but he needs better chronic pain management and he needs to stop driving. |

Tiger Woods has earned the right to play golf as long as he wants. Like many in his strata, he can "legally" get prescribed whatever pharmaceuticals he wants.
However, I would pull his drivers license. An online DUI class is not going to cure his profound and decades long addiction problem. |
Why should we be harder on him than anyone else? |
| He's a deadly threat to himself and others. Revoke his license. Separately, he needs to work on himself. |
Yeah, no. People are let go for far worse to repeat crimes over and over again. Tiger should get off as easy as everyone else. |
| Clipping the back of a landscaper’s hard to see low profile black trailer hanging in the road is pretty easy to do. People are blowing this way, way out of proportion. He clipped a trailer while attempting to pass it. You tip a tall SUV over because the trailer presumably had its ramp down. Speed had nothing to do with this. |
Most other people need to be able to drive for their livelihood, many literally. For TW, it's a minor inconvenience. A fine for him is meaningless. Revoke his license. |
No. Either we enforce the laws equally or we don't. If someone is a violent person and is allowed to walk around or drive because it would be an "inconvenience" then we don't throw the book at others just because we feel like it. His last DUI was 2017. |
