Taylor Swift is struggling emotionally and leaning on Travis Kelce 'more than ever'

I think Taylor is very overrated. Billie Eillish, Adele, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus are better singers.

Her songwriting isn’t exactly life changing or inspiring.

This loyal and true hearted couple has made me believe in love again.

I actually think TS is quite deserving of her success musically in that she clearly loves music writing and works at being good at what she does. Whether it's my taste is besides the point - I get why she is successful.

Having said that, I also think people are too into her. She's a human being like any other and far from perfect and always brilliant. She's got a lot of work output and some good and some bad - the end. Just be normal with her she's not the best there ever was but you know in these times so few are actually good so whenever you have anyone somewhat good, people think they have never seen better. LOL.

Anonymous wrote:Britney was great singer in childhood-better than Beyonce. Again she was Broadway musical theater trained and toe to toe with Christina. Taylor doesn’t have that voice.

What happened to her voice is a mystery but largely related to her record label forcing her to sing with that nasal baby voice and her obsession with chain smoking cigarettes. Even the best singers like Aretha, Whitney, and Amy Winehouse ended up horribly damaged by cigarettes arguably worse than drugs on the vocals

I saw Britney live in concert 25 years ago. She could not sing then. Her voice was awful or she lip sang. It was bad.

Billie and Adele are the best singers of the ones above.

I like Miley’s singing, showmanship, and personality.

Taylor writes her own songs which she points out often. She’s a good songwriter, and some are stellar and some are just okay. She is a good singer and has said herself she’s not the best dancer.

Miley’s choreography seems improvised whereas Taylor’s seems very planned. Both are good in different ways.

Beyonce is probably the best dancer.

Miley Cyrus?! No. Just no. Cyrus has zero talent. You just like her because you grew up on Hannah Montana. Gag. I agree with Eilish and Adele. Ariana Grande is known for the men she sleeps with not her talent.

I feel exactly the same. Miley has a limited, irritating vibrato way of singing. Ariana must have been run through the Broadway voice trainers because I can understand the words she's singing instead of hearing little more than her throat pushing sound through her sinuses. Although I don't enjoy Billie's breathy light singing, she is talented as a writer. Adele, she fills her music space really well. No notes.

16:56. I forgot to include Taylor. She's knows how to capitalize on her limitations.

The best total package is probably Lady Gaga

+1, this is where I land. She is talented and hard working and has earned her success. I'll always cheer on a woman who conducts her career the way she wants and is successful at it. Some of her music is really great (some of it is bland and repetitive -- she's produced a lot).

I will never understand people trying to deify a pop star or who seem to think that unless people will admit Swift is better than everyone else, she is being disrespected. It is obsessive and controlling. Not everyone has to like Taylor Swift. It's fine.

Can we get back to Taylor and Travis? Are they dating or no?

Yes they’re dating. Yes all of the women noted above are talented. How is this a question?

It's never really about just talent at a certain level be it singing or sports or anything. At some point it's about playing the game and the ones who reach top tiers always know how to impact. So all this nonsense about the better singer - Miley/Britney/Taylor/etc - they are all about the same actually. None are great but of course everyone has their favorite. Of course they are all talented - none of them are great but all of them are talented for sure.

As for this thread - who knows what's really going on behind the scenes but I will say, until these 2 lovebirds have some shit go down as in Chiefs lose and Taylor stops raking it in, it's impossible to know how they really are. When everything's going right, of course it looks like paradise. Maybe it's not but sure looks like it's all good. They are 2 of the most successful talented young and rich people in their fields - nothing rocking the boat like that. But when they hit some really rocky times, then we shall see if they're really happy together. Until then it's all gossip.

My bet is that they won't last but it's just a feeling. If he retires after this season, maybe a chance, but I think she needs someone out of show biz. And he needs the same.

Taylor has done a lot of vocal lessons / coaching / training and her voice has improved. She isn’t a natural talent but she has put in the 10000 hours to learn the craft.

The Chiefs losing isn’t “rocky times.” He plays a sport that you sometimes, even often, lose. He’s a professional and understands that. She’s a professional and understands that she just ended the hugest moneymaker she’ll ever experience most likely. They each have more money than they will ever need so they can’t be all that money motivated at this point. I mean, rocky times might be a shooting at his superbowl parade? Terrorists canceling an entire stop on her tour? Having your home burglarized while you’re doing your job? Stuff like that? Seems they’ve weathered that just fine. And probably more that we have no idea about because why would we?
