American Riviera Orchard and Meghan Markle

Oh, ok. Didn’t realize she was infinitely wealthy. People keep suggesting that she and Harry are almost broke.

Infinitely wealthy or broke--that's the only two choices?

She's more than fine right now with Harry, healthy beautiful children, and an 8 digit net worth. But she wants much more. I think Harry would be happy living a quiet Montecito life with a few worthwhile philanthropies to champion like Invictus and mental health.

She and Harry had very different upbringing. She didn’t come from money while he was born into tremendous wealth. She wants to make sure her children are fine. If she has more of a drive to be successful than Harry I can definitely relate to her motivation.

Her children ARE fine. She and Harry are wealthy. It's clearly fame she seeks.

Their mansion seems like a money pit. Maybe this is wrong, but it seems like their lifestyle exceeds what they bring in, especially if Harry has been cut off from his allowance.

Agreed.

Montecito seems to be very expensive.

Just the annual property taxes are $146k.

They should probably suck it up and move to Ashburn at this point.

I think she should write a book. She is an inspirational figure and proof that life doesn’t end for single women over 35. She figured it out very swiftly and was able to marry a man that loves and adores her , and have two kids

+1 Mansion carrying costs plus household and security staff. That's a big nut.

Unfortunately, whenever people talk about Meghan it is usually in extremes.

From The NY Times article:
Still, there are clues. A trademark application for American Riviera Orchard that was filed in early February seeks trademark approval for a retail store, cookbooks, tableware and an impressive catalog of spreads: “Jellies, jams; marmalades; fruit preserves,” the list begins, plus “garlic-based spreads; sesame-based spreads,” and fruit and nut butters.

So weirdly specific it's gotta be a money laundering front...

Juuuuust after the gentle nudge by the judge requiring her to untell some oopsy daisy lies about not collaborating with Omid Liebrows Scobie. Where was her authorial pride, I ask you?
