Both have SACC. Neither is an AAP center, but Wolftrap has local Level IV.

Someone on this site posted that Westbriar was also getting LLIV this year. I'd call the school to check.

Both schools are very popular. It probably just depends on the house and which high school you prefer to have your kids attend.

Both schools have sections of neighborhoods that feed into both Marshall and Madison. The majority of Wolftrap feeds into Madison and the majority of Westbriar feeds into Marshall.

I think the Marshall/Madison split at Wolftrap is about even, while the percentage of Westbriar kids zoned for Madison is probably 20% or less. But they all go to Kilmer MS now.

The boundary line for Marshall/Madison within the Wolftrap School boundary limits is along Clarks Crossing Road and Trap Road. The boundary line for Marshall/Madison within the Westbriar School boundary is basically along Old Courthouse Road with a couple of houses around Westbriar Ct. included in the Madison boundary as well.

Not quite right. For Wolftrap, the areas zoned for Marshall are north of Cross Crossing and west of Beulah, as well as the area east of Beulan and north of Old Courthouse. Geographically, most of the Wolftrap district is zoned for Marshall, but the area zoned for Madison has more houses, generally on smaller lots.

I find the houses near beulah to be pretty affordable! More so than near lawyers rd. will consider that area near wolftrap Es. Too bad there isn't a public library close by.

The closest houses for sale in Wolftrap and Westrbriar right now are about 1 - 1 1/2 mile from Patrick Henry Library. They do have library class at the elementary schools though. We rarely need to go to the library anymore except on the weekends.
