I love the look of skinny jeans with tall boots, with ballerina flats, etc, but after several years of trying I have come to the conclusion that they are just not flattering on me (I have a big tummy/butt/thigh area butt lower legs are actually kind of thin). Bootcut and even flares look best on me, preferably mid rise ones. I have several styling questions for the DCUM fashionistas! First, can I wear flats with these styleS of jeans? If so, what is the best hem length for the jeans? I like to wear ballerina flat and "fashion sneakers" like converse or tigers. If I wanted to also wear the jeans with a small heel (like ankleboots under the jeans with a small heel or wedge), can I wear the same pair, thereby making them a bit long with the flats or a bit short with the small heel - or should I just buy a second pair of jeans and hem them differently for each shoe? If I wore a high heel I would do that, bt I wondered if I could get away the same jeans with a small heel.
Also, any suggestions on tops that look good with these style jeans? I prefer not to tuck in tops, given the big tummy mentioned above
