Best gym in NW?

| I am new to the area and wondering what is the best gym in NW DC? I'll be living in Mass. Ave. Heights, if that helps. Thanks in advance. |

Can you tell me a little about this gym? I'm having trouble finding information about it online. |

| It's a gym you attend by appointment- there's no initiation fee or monthly fee. You meet your trainer there and pay per session. It's under the Key bridge on Water Street. |

Sports Club LA is great, but pricey. It has yoga, spinning, weight training classes, step, plus at least three or four sets of machine weights, pool, out door sun area, fantastic cafe, and on and on. The Kids zone has been great for my DD who is 19 mo old.

| Results, the Gym. Great equipment, large, fun classes. It's also full of gay men...nice eye candy and no one will hit on you while you're trying to get in that last 10 minutes on the elliptical! It's at 16th and U. They also have punch cards if you don't want to join yet. |
