She is everything you all want to be-skinny, married to a rich man, mother of five, flexible career (pun intended). Actualize yourselves and stop worrying about this woman. Exercise and create your own story. Stop being petty and trifling.

Actually your post says more about you. None of us wants to be a lying, mentally ill, Gold Digger with an eating disorder. I feel bad for you andyour transparent self.

Now take someone like Steve Martin's wife. She's beautiful, intelligent, successful, and wonderful in every way. She's someone we admire. Alec is just a loser in all of this

Look, I agree with you all that the woman is a bit unhinged-as is Alec and the Baldwin family (see assortative mating). The difference is that I simply find this story funny. The concern is that so many posters here have such venom and vitriol which probably reveals that many of you are unhappy with the way your lives have turned out.

Seriously, it’s interesting that on a thread of wannabe gold diggers (except your husbands/exes had a lot less gold and social capital to dig than Alec
Baldwin), filled with women who are lying to themselves about their own productivity and value (wasting their time on the Internet), as well as their own mental stability (getting riled up about this woman), would fail to see this is simply projection. And schadenfreude dipped in jealousy.

I’m not a fan of the Baldwins but you know what I hate more? Women without a cause. Get yourselves a true cause and a calling that is not attached to your man or your child and trust me, things like this will get under your skin less. You’ll just laugh because YOUR life is good.

Exercise more, post less, use sunscreen and maybe if you still want, you too can pull you a rich albeit crazy man. Y’all are funny!

Hillary, you know who pulled that WITH CLASS? Catherine Zeta Jones. Take notes how to do it the right way.

And we are all “gold diggers” and “Karens” on a forum that is mostly working attorneys, many of whom are people of color. The criticism falls pretty flat lol.

You mean you don't dream of a 50+ year old with well-known rage issues who's never met a donut he didn't like?

Some of us are already skinny and rich, dear. And we didn’t have to pull a decade-long con involving speaking with a fake accent and dyeing our hair to do it!

You do hope to be skinny and rich though. Admit it...who doesn’t right?

Some of us are both and with nice looking, younger husbands. But I admit it would be great to be Elsa Pataky, not Hillary.

DP. But the fact that she has things that can arguably make others jealous just makes adopting the whole fake persona more incomprehensible. Alec Baldwin strikes me as a scary rage monster but there are definitely some women somewhere who would like to be married to him. So why not live the happy housewife lifestyle without the fabricated Spanish background?

Becoming someone like Hillary is my biggest nightmare. Is mentally ill and married to a rageaholic

Is Alec officially employed by snl or is it an occasional thing? I am very curious if they cover this

Oh baby doll. You failed again. Alec isn't paying you enough. The point about Martin's wife is spot-on. She is fantastic. Hillary is just common trash

No, I’m literally a black woman (I don’t think Alec knows any black women . My bigger point is that few of you seem to have any depth or self-awareness, and I think that comes from privilege. As a black woman, this stuff can’t enrage me because there are bigger problems in this world and I am fully aware of them. I am enraged about Breonna Taylor. I’m enraged about the gender pay gap. I’m enraged about the disproportionate impact of covid on the black community. The fact that this consumes ANY of your emotional space proves that you all have sealed yourself from the true issues in this world, while failing to achieve your own self-mastery and actualization, hence all of the gnashing of teeth here. My posts are intended to inspire you to look within and ask yourselves, “Why am I so angry at this woman?”

The you do not understand the immigrant experience. And that is fine, but don’t speak for us then.

The immigrant experience from Western Europe? Umm...

Being an actual immigrant, having an actual accent, those are things that exist and are particular to certain people. Immigrants of color with accents find it even more challenging. It’s beyond offensive that
@hilariabaldwin
pretended to be someone she’s not.

I am going with the theory that it started as a little white lie to make her seem more exotic to Alec, or perhaps remind him of Selma Hayek. With time, she had to repeatedly lie to keep the charade going in front of him. And then, stupidly, she took on this public persona where the lie took on a life of its own, including pretending to forget the word “cucumber” on National television. It was method acting and she just really got into it and since she is an extremely privileged person, it did not even occur to her that this is not quite a harmless way to present yourself to the world. Alec himself probably didn’t even care that much but she is so insecure, here we are. I wonder where the insecurity came from and if there’s a child rearing lesson to be had.

No one calling us fat, ugly, jealous, poor Karens in the last 10 minutes. Must be shift change on the social media team!

+1. No one is longing to be married to Alec Baldwin. Even with all his money. And most of us are already skinny and reasonably well off. Maybe if we were yoga instructors earning mid five figures, then sure.

Chris Hemsworth however... 🔥

Yeah my guess is it's something along these lines, but delusional to think you could get away with it in the age of social media.

Good theory. I buy that.

Here’s another thing about the Hilaria issue - the Spanish media also ate up her being Spanish. No questions asked. However there are plenty of born in Spain children of immigrants from Northern Africa who aren’t easily accepted as being Spaniard.
