Yummy enjoy! Yesterday, I deep fried shrimp. Sometimes fried hits the spot.

Don't come crawling back to us tomorrow when you're 8 pounds heavier...

Gross. At least steam or grill the veggies

Those naysayers don't know how to live. Everything in moderation and if you ask me, once the oil is hot, everything is fair game.

I've never heard of fried broccoli....Everything else sounds yummy...especially the sweet potatoes!

You couldn't add mashed potatoes, rolls with butter, and iceberg lettuce with green goddess dressing? I assume you had cake for desert, right?

Sounds awesome.

I've never tried fried broccoli either, except for something like tempura. Sounds delicious.

It sounds yummy. This is still more healthier than the Chinese take out. Wok Cooking = Fried Food. Except each Chinese Dish also has about 1/2 cup of sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of sodium.
