Trader joes has them, last week they were near the granola and oatmeal, but you may need to ask where they are

OP here. My DH wants to get them and we coulnd't figure out where they were. I should've asked at TJs when I couldn't find them readily.

we buy them on Amazon (way cheaper) but I see them at WF.
PP, we use them like poppy seeds and put them in baked goods, and also add them to granola and yogurt. Really good for you. |

Can someone compare these to flaxseed? We already put flaxseed in all sorts of stuff for the kids -- oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt, nut butter sandwiches. Is chia better or just the new "it" thing? Thanks!
