Does Safeway or Giant carry coconut oil and flax seed?

| I have a new muffin recipe I'd like to try that calls for coconut oil and flax seed. Does anyone know if Safeway or Giant carry these items? Or do I need to make a special trip to Whole Foods? I am in Fairfax County. Thanks! |
