And then claiming it was just for a "vacation". That's a hell of a long "vacation". And you don't secretly fly in your sister to help you take all your belongings on said "vacation" either. It absolutely was pre-meditated.

None of that is verified, and Kane never said it was her sister and he also didn't say that the she claimed the gift cards were for a vacation.

Pure speculation. Either way it's not theft.

I had 2 eggs for breakfast...that was premeditated too. Premeditation is not a crime so who cares if what she did was premeditated. She did not do anything illegal as far as we know.

In all likely hood, most of the people here that trash Natasha without concrete proof of what happened have never been through a divorce themselves. And as such, they have no idea how ugly it can get between the 2 spouses when it is not amicable. I'm sure she had her reasons for leaving the way she did.

Yes, he did. And (speculation still) if she drained most of the money, not her rightful half or so, she did steal it. You can't run away with the kids and dogs and leave your spouse almost high and dry. I think it was a few hundred dollars she left? That part I could be incorrect about though.

And that makes it right? Or legal?

You really believe Peter from the Kane show had a few hundred dollars left? How is he getting his apartment? How is the apartment being furnished? How is the house being paid? How are school supplies paid for? How did he pay for the plane tickets to Orlando, hotel rooms, tickets to Disney?? If I have a few hundred dollars left you better believe I'm staying home and eating cans of tuna.

He received paychecks after she left... it's not like he doesn't have an income.

How does that work when a couple gets separated and one person doesn't have a job? Does the one spouse pay the other a monthly amount?

It's okay, I know nothing of marriage and divorce, I had the same question.

I've been through an ugly divorce here in Md so I speak from experience. Items (money, etc) are marital property. If 1 person takes anything (and other person has proof), that property will have to be returned so it can be divided.
So let's say She took $8000. Once property is divided, let's say She gets $15,000.
She will only get $7000.

It goes for insurance policies too. My ex cashed out $8400 but the check came to my house. My atty told me to deposit the check and take 1/2.
Before I could do that, my ex quickly put a stop payment on it and had it reissued to his house.
Once things were divided, they deducted $4200 from his portion.

Until the day you are officially divorced, everything you own/buy/earn is up for grabs by the other party.

Has anyone seen Kane around town in the evenings?

I, too, am curious if anyone has seen him
