BFN on HPT 8dp6dt - can I stop my meds?

Anonymous
Four pregnancy tests later and I've still got a glaring BFN eight days past my FET. No faint line, no symptoms. Nothing. I'm taking progesterone in oil and estrodial - both IM injections. My butt and thighs are bruised and sore and clearly am not pregnant. Is there any reason why I shouldn't stop the injections? My beta is Thursday.

Call your doctor Monday. Try to make it until then ... just two more days.

KEEP GOING! I didn't get the faintest positive until 9 days past ovulation.

This is 8 days after transfer, not ovulation.

OP, I'm shocked that you're throwing in the towel. I didn't get a faint positive with my now 11 month old DS until 11 days past a 5 day transfer, so roughly the equivalent of where you are now.

I have always had an accurate result with the First Response Early Result by that time in the cycle (for both positive and negative outcomes). You can always go in a day or two early for the beta. You don't need to ask - just schedule the appointment. Good luck.

Yeah, it's probably not happening but it can't hurt to take the meds for a few more days. I totally understand how you're feeling OP. So so sorry.
