I would recommend acupuncture to regulate your cycle again. |

| You can do Provera to jump start your period. I was planning to do that if mine didn't come back after 4 weeks. |

| Can anyone else discuss their experiences like OP's--- specifically, how long did you have to wait for your period to return, and whether acupuncture/chasteberry drops helped to regulate your cycles after your D&C? Thank you! |

| It took me about 1.5 months after a D&C for my cycle to start. I did both acupuncture and a twice weekly massage which was recommended by my dr. |

Mine took four weeks and 1 day - I'd been doing acupuncture while trying to get pregnant and also during the pregnancy pre miscarriage - I took a break from it all and only started the acupuncture back up two days before my cycle restarted.
