No faint line today, no symptoms at all. I keep reading about women with results super early and I'm not seeing that .... Shouldn't I be seeing or feeling something at this point? Curious what others' experience has been.
I'm sorry, I would be very surprised if you were pregnant. I know how much this sucks. Very sorry.
Thanks, PP. I kinda needed to hear that. - OP
I got nothing until 9 days after a 5 day transfer. Currently 5 weeks pregnant with ZERO Symptoms. LiKE NOTHNIG. I'm running all errands, going about my day like normal!
I didn't have anything positive until 11 days post 6dt. Confirmed by BFP 13 days post 6dt. Hope that things work out for you!!
Don't test!! Amazing how many people test early and then create this situation for themselves. Since you did test, pretend you didn't and either wait for the Beta or test right before the Beta.
This is the second or third thread I've seen on this exact topic. Why are people testing so early? There is a a reason that the RE tests you at two weeks. |
I got a BFN the morning I went for my Beta, but the Beta turned out positive. My 5 y/o DS is proof the Beta is more accurate than the home pregnancy test.

I'm the OP and I can assure you that I'm not pregnant - a dozen early response tests to verify that. These tests are highly sensitive, so if they're not picking up the HCG its because im not pregnant or the pregnancy is in serious trouble. I think it's unfair to expec me to pretend that I might still be pregnant. I'm not.
Many of us test early because it helps us cope with the uncertainty that is this process. I you've been dealing with infertility for years you understand what I mean although you make take a different approach. Also, I don't have the luxury of taking off a day from work in order to hear and process my beta results in private - testing early allows me to digest the news in my own time and at my own pace before the official results come back. In the meantime, I'm continuing my protocol and taking care of myself in preparation for the next step. |
OP, I totally get it. FWIW, I have always had accurate results (either way) on the First Response Early Result non-digital tests by day 5 after a day 5 transfer. Sorry that this one doesn't seem to be working out and hope you have better luck next time. I totally understand how you feel.
