How expensive is San Juan?

| We found the restaurants in Old San Juan to be pretty expensive, on par with here, or maybe a little more. But we went to mainly higher end places, you can probably find less upscale places for cheaper. We had really excellent food, though. |

| OP here, thanks, this helps. Restaurants are an important part of vacations for us, so we would splurge. Good to know the food is excellent. |
