LH & FSH

What are the ranges for normal levels of FSH and LH. I've had first appointments with two different doctors to see which one I'd like to work with, and am getting conflicting responses to my numbers. In June, my FSH was 3.3 and now it's 4.7. Likewise, my LH went from 1.8 to 2.5 . Both doctors told me that my June numbers were pretty low, but they disagree on whether the new number is too low or a good sign. Any input?

I don't know about LH -- you can probably find something on line.

I did IVF and my doctor said they liked to see an FSH below 10. That is for IVF though, and just because your FSH is above 10 doesn't mean you cannot do IVF.

Your FSH numbers are wonderful and indicate good ovarian reserve.
