Preventing chafing on humid days like this

Is there a brand/style of women's underwear people would recommend that prevents crotch chafing? Post a link, please.

Life changing for summer!

Yep I used to do this when I was training for longer races. (Now I'm more of just a "fitness" runner.) It worked fine.

It sounds like in OP's case the issue is the shorts lining, though. That's not an area where your body is causing the chafing. Bike shorts FTW.

Athletic shorts and going commando.

Are you chafing from your underwear? I will between my thighs. The only solution is a longer short. I wear running shorts when it's this hot, they need to be at least a 2" inseam but 3 or 4 is ideal.

Loose clothing. Might look like a ghost running in a sheet-robe, but it works in the deserts.

Body glide or Chamois Butt'r.

If I have one chafing prone are like the spot right under by bra band I will also place a piece of KT take there.
