Dude, you're screwed. Unless your are named Brad, Chad, Tad, or Tripp, it's over. Add to that name being 6'2", wearing a backwards baseball cap like JFK Jr., and interested in sailing, you will be dating, if you are lucky, the counter girl at a fast food place.

Actually, unlike a previous poster, think there is nothing wrong with an average woman. Unless you are on DCUM, home of the top 1% of women.

Good long term potential. No debt. Small inheritance.

Is your family toxic?

Or softball. Or cornhole at Continental in Arlington if you live there.

Nothing unhealthy but also nothing noteworthy. Standard stuff like reading, gym, traveling, running, video games, netflix, basketball, hanging out with friends etc

And there it is, lol…

No drinking. No drugs. No debt. No delusions of grandeur. Not a good fit for DC?

No drinking would be a dealbreaker for me. Are you Mormon?

I know there are Facebook groups for even the smallest of schools where people network and go to meet ups. There are also kickball leagues and running clubs.

I think your base salary may be a bit low, but if you have potential, women will overlook it. Good luck!

He is moving in a month so not there yet. Thank you!

Ummmm who is writing this? If this is his mom it’s a million red flags. Otherwise he sounds fine

Lol Aunt and he has no idea. I was wondering as DC dating scene seems tough.

Most people in health and longevity don't drink anymore or if they do, only rarely. You can't call them drinkers.

Why are you putting East Asian women down? People date other people, not their heights.

DC is a good dating market for women, so it is a bit harder for men.

What are his politics, could impact things. However I have known plenty of far left and far right who have met their match in DC.

The answer also really depends on if “average” height is closer to 5’8 or 6’0.

Does women really date income? Do they bring similar income to the table themselves? Would these transactional relationships last or bring joy to life?

But otherwise, it sounds good on paper. Saying you have an interesting personality or financial strong family are pretty vague/subjective though.

Not a problem if you've high potential yourself or better, actualized your potential. You can comfortably date potential instead of marring someone older with baggage or someone you aren't attracted to.

Interesting personality signals someone easy to date and befriend. Family finances signal no debt or draining.

Exactly. Probably 90% of 30 year olds have debt, earn less or are still trying to find a good job.
