It’s still interscrolling.

I keep getting a full page ad for Virginia Housing that requires the user to click an X in the upper right corner to close.

It goes here first:
https://track.celtra.com/

Then this page: https://virginiahousing.com/?utm_medium=display&utm_source=azerion&utm_campaign=lmo+brand+fy26&utm_content=b2c+interscroller&gad_source=7&gad_campaignid=22764063777

The NFCU ad is back. iPad, had to turn the screen.

I got a Navy Federal ad that can be immediately scrolled on Android. It is not a big block. It links to here:

https://www.navyfederal.org/membership.html

I could not grab the connection link between the ad and destination but it said something like track.celtra in the middle of the URL.

I am getting this too. It’s not the kind of ad that you can scroll through to get rid of - you have to actually X out of it (as you said).

Also the huge Applebee’s ad that you can scroll through but it divides up the threads in a very distracting way.

I have had the blue box, turn your screen ad three times in the last 30ish minutes on my iPad.

I just got an Applebee's one. Takes up the whole damn screen of my phone (Android using Chrome). Then they put up a humongous block that asks to share your location with google so they can tell you where the nearest Applebee's is. Just obnoxious.

If you want to get out of it, they force you to back out of the thread altogether.

Let me add on a regular pc I could turn on "more tools" ---> web developer tools in the browser and see exactly who is serving out that ad. But I haven't encountered an ad blocking the whole screen on a pc, only a phone. I'll try to figure out how to do that on a phone, but it's already a tiny screen.

That would be terrific. We were able to get the Applebees ad blocked before, but it looks like it came back.

I keep getting the Navy Federal ad that required me to turn my iPad. It’s happened multiple times the last three days.

In Chrome if you go to Task Manger, you can see all the ad networks used by this site and ho wmuch CPU and memory they are using. Some are real hogs. Here's teh ones I see right now: adthrive, chicorapy, 3lift, doubleclick, pubmatic, criteao, adtraffiicqualify.google, 2mdn, googlesyndication, casalemedia, quantcount.

I certainly understand the need for ads, but is that many networks necessary? Each one seems to hog up 50mb+ of memory and a decent amount of CPU. I know if my browser is slow, clsing the DCUM tab always speeds it up again.

Hahaha the Applebees interscroller is below this post, Jeff. Oh and it’s added a map. Let us know what you order.
