That was never true. My student there had heat the whole time. Some buildings did not have heat the whole time. There are numerous buildings on campus. |

| You just need to send results electronically, it does not matter if you have heat in the building or not. Also, they should post on portal when results will be out. I believe every university does that like UVA, Georgia Tech, Madison. Why UMD doesn't do that? |
