Pssst, they already did that. This does not mean that you do not let the "winner" of that election know how you feel about their conduct in office. It's why there are mechanisms in the Constitution for removal from office, obviously.

Presidents are subject to constant review of thier work by the People. Their performance is always under scrutiny and subject to comment and action by the People for whom he works as a public servant. It you are unable to listen to the people's criticism, you should not be in public service.
