I don’t have a realtor obviously. I’m not selling for awhile

Use a neutral beige or white. No wallpaper or colors.

I'm seeing a lot of warm whites in house listings. What I'm not seeing is gray. There is no gray anywhere in houses that look like they have been freshly painted the same color throughout. Don't get me wrong, there is definitely still gray in houses that were probably painted in the past 10 years, but the ones that look like they are freshly painted are almost all white. Maybe a few pale beiges.

+1. We used the aforementioned SW Accessible Beige (a griege color) last year when we sold. I thought it was a little dark but any of those griege-y neutrals would be good, and anything in the SW/BM paint families should wear well enough for a year or two. Just do them all the same color so it flows.

Greige is out. Warm whites are in.

Definitely not white.
Hall could be a pale warm yellow.
Bedrooms could be beige or cream. Wallpaper would be nice.

White is still the most popular choice. It looks clean and modern.

Yuck no. It looks dated.

Don't do gray or griege. We are on our second griege house and it's just so depressing. We are repainting to Sherwin Williams Alabaster. Our color is going to be in our art, rug, and furniture. Down with gray walls!!
