That’s from a 3rd party seller. Whenever I buy from Target, I always make sure it’s always actually “sold and shipped by” Target otherwise it’s a crapshoot and not unlike all the knock offs on Amazon

It’s because the expensive brands are often costume jewelry too, the price is just hiked up to make people think it is somehow fancier
