Last night per my kid's request: sloppy joes and fries (homemade). Tonight: hot spinach dip, buckwheat crepes and Greek salads.

Breakfast burritos??
I don’t know, I hate meal planning.

Do you have a recipe for the red curry dumpling bake? Sounds good!

I am sure it’s the main one that is all over the internet right now. if you google it will be the right one. for the record I made it a while ago and found it underwhelming for how caloric it is.

Wow - you all are inspiring me!
This week is travel for both my husband and me (passed each other at the airport as I returned and he left) so Costco prepared meals are helping us this week!
My husband’s trip is long and he is primary dishwasher, so I have a feeling next week will also be some Costco and Trader Joe’s specials. I just try to add in fresh veg/salad to try to provide a little balance.

I had kind of a crazy week, but one night I made the sheet pan chicken tikka recipe from NYT https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1025554-sheet-pan-chicken-tikka-thighs

It was super easy and very tasty. I did the marinade (paste really) the night before and let the chicken soak it up a full day. Then it took no time at all to cut up the peppers and onions and broil it all. Truly can be a 30 minute meal. And really good.
