Sweaters

Hmm, the LLBean sweaters posted are quite slim fit.

Np here. My dream sweater is thick material but slim cut.
So not boxy, not thin.

Tight-ish, skimming over my body, v-neck, but heavier, warm, thick material.

This would be most flattering but I won’t be able to find it, will I?

So to be more clear, you are looking for a chunky knit? Maybe cable knit?

This is a little longer than I want it to be and too much $$ for me, but I love something like this. Is this in the ballpark? I think you may be coveting Cameron Diaz's wardrobe in the Holiday.

I got a turtleneck and crewneck merino from them last winter that I love. Not sure this year's version is in stores yet.

I'm wondering if OP wants something like the cashmere sweater sets from Quince that I feel like influencers are always posting as their airplane outfits. Cashmere from Naadam is my favourite.

Any new sweater under $200 is going to be polyester trash. You may need to thrift.

Maybe so, but I'm here to warn you NOT to give Naadam your cell number - they text constantly!!!

I’m this poster. I also like this one and will probably buy it. Both of these are more form fitting with a touch of sexiness with the off the shoulder look. Probably not great quality but they’re fun!

The off the shoulder looks are so tacky and cheap looking. Definitely not appropriate for anyone out of high school/college.

DP. No they aren't. I swear the people here hew to the most boring of clothing and any hint HINT of a little sexiness makes it trashy. Only a shapeless burlap sack will do.

I just got this and it’s really good. It’s not boxy exactly but it’s more relaxed, has decent drape and sits higher on the hip than most LL bean sweaters I’ve had. Not exactly a v like OP is looking for, but close enough? The collar is very flattering. It looks good layered with a high necked tank top also.
