Er, they have proper visas and nothing to worry about. If not, you're trafficking.

+1 White blond au pairs are fine in the Trump era. All others are safer to stay home.

Not really. Did you read about the woman who was repeatedly raped in detention? Or the blonde US citizen killed in front of her house? If you have any looks an obese white supremacist incel might find attractive, stay the hell away from the US.

Let's be honest, it was a scam to begin with a way to get cheap labor and a backdoor for those women to overstay their visas and find an American to get married. So many au pairs are publicly posting on Facebook message groups looking for work as a "nanny" when they are actually undocumented from overstaying, and other nannies and moms publicly say they are interested, those moms need to be arrested as well.

Ha ha ha ha! I have a bridge to sell you if you believe ICE is only detaining those who commit crimes!

many of the aupairs overstay and fail to leave so they are committing crimes

You are either stupid or grossly uninformed. ICE has murdered two native born American citizens.

A Czech colleague was detained then deported by ICE.

And?

And I think this is a response to the suggestion that Europeans might have an easier time with not being deported.

We've hosted 9 au pairs and not a single one has overstayed or committed a crime. They have lots of friends who we've met and all have also been entirely legal and returned home at the end of their visa.

They consider overstaying a visa a crime.

Literally every single AU pair I've known except for one has overstayed their visa, become a nanny, then gotten married.
