Underwear that doesn’t show panty lines - no thongs

I don’t have this issue with work pants, dresses or skirts (those it is practically damn near impossible to find things lined today, even in many expensive lines). It truly is with the more casual clothing.

I have a smaller waist and a larger behind so I wear pants that fit my behind but that gap in the waist. That’s neither here nor there as far as my question is concerned but just for more context…..for those of you who are saying to buy bigger pants. Um, no, that isn’t the issue.

So, as a fellow hourglass, you need to buy "curvy" fit pants. They have a different waist to hip ratio.
It's honestly pretty unusual that you see underwear lines in jeans (a) at all, given the thick fabric, or (b) in jeans but not slacks. That does suggest a fit issue. I hope you find something that works.

I don’t mean to hijack, but are no-VPL panties just impossible to find in cotton because of the nature of that fabric (needing a hem around all openings to prevent raveling, I guess)?

I only wear cotton and never have VPL, but I dont wear leggings. I really think it depends on how tight your clothes are (regular clothes and underwear) and how much of a granny panty you are willing to wear.

The Bali skip skamps PP mentioned come in cotton.

Thank you. I see now that the Bali’s do come in a primarily cotton blend. The first pair I googled were synthetic.

I have made my peace with VPL. I do wear nude colored undies, but I just don't care anymore. I'd rather see a normal VPL than a thong line. And I'd also rather be comfortable, and thongs are anything but.

Longer even with a slip short - they end midthigh, but if your pants/jeans are too tight, the line at the mid thigh will show

Aerie makes seamless underwear that works really well. They are currently having a sale and you can get 10 pairs for $38.

Also an hourglass/pear here and while the rounded rear is an issue for coverage, the waist is not if you’re wearing a hipster. For me, the waist is an issue in jeans/pants, but I do not wear high waisted underwear

Well……having dress size and weight doesn’t mean that your body has not shifted in a decade…..

I meant to link to the Aerie smoothez pair, but instead linked the seamless pair. The smoothez do a wonderful job of being line free!

I have never found anything that is truly seamless under joggers or leggings, I’ve stopped wearing underwear altogether.

I see lines in jeans all the time. But, I can’t answer the question because I wear hanky lanky thongs. If I wear loose shorts or a skirt I wear the lace boy shorts and there’s no line.
