Curious as to why DH went with the poop test to begin with?

Assuming a resection is necessary I don’t understand this approach. But I’m sure OP is getting plenty of advice.

The usual reasons. Didn't want to do prep and poop box was offered. That being said he said the prep wasn't that bad. Bc he lightened up his diet three or four days before.
