I think all three names are fine. Julia is probably my favorite out of your list, but they're all a bit bland.
Agree with PP that Cecilia and Natalia are more "striking and interesting." |

Natalie is so beautiful and under used for how classic and perfect it is - cute for a kid, professional as an adult I have a cousin Natalie or I’d have named all my children this 🤣 |

I like them all - probably starting with Monica, then Julia and Claudia. Monica now reminds me of the actress Monica Barbaro, who played the female pilot in the latest Top Gun.
Similar names to consider: Lydia, Lara, and Vera. |
