Dress me for Wimbledon

I would actually worry that it's so perfect that other women there might be wearing it. I might grab the green/white stripe though -- it would look great in photos there.

OP here, wearing a print that matches the occasion gives me 1st grade teacher vibes, but it would be cute for a summer party elsewhere. I don’t wear belted dresses because I’m busty and short-waisted but hopefully someone who would look cute in it buys it for the rest of us!

I bought new tennis shoes to wear with the dress and was so glad I did - most women had tennis shoes on and there was a significant amount of walking because they close the street down to taxis.

To the commenter who saw a lot of jeans at the French Open, that was not my experience! I don’t recall seeing anyone in jeans. Most were wearing some kind of comfortable summer dress or white pants with a nice top. Many had a smart looking blazer or a trench coat because it was raining. Lots of classic colors and prints. Think Polo in the US.

Sneakers were my plan. I have a fresh pair of simple ones. I’m glad they won’t be out of place.

Do you wear dress pants? What about a pair of tan pants with a white blouse and blazer (if cool or over the arm if warm)? Don white sneakers and a raffia purse or tote with a complementary hat.

Alcaraz’s mother looked great at RG - she is naturally beautiful, but I meant her outfit. I can’t find an image to post, but it looked like blue/teal pants and a classic white tshirt, but at some point pulled on a matching teal fitted blazer. I’d love to see the shoes and bag she teamed with the outfit

OP and I agree, but alas, I am not a gorgeous middle-aged Spanish woman in the players’ box, but rather a pink-faced middle-aged short busty woman.

I think I am going to wear a navy short-sleeve linen dress, a natural-colored cropped linen blazer, and a small linen and leather bag (with a little tote folded in so I can buy souvenirs!). If the weather isn’t great, my pivot is navy pants, a simple blouse and the little jacket plus a stylish rain jacket.
