People here are so freaking weird. No one owes you a "venue" for a children's birthday party. What do you think these parties are for???


No one owes anything, and yes we will be sending our kid with a nice gift, but internally we will be side-eyeing your cheapness.


This literally wouldn’t even occur to me. Honestly, I’d be grateful I don’t have to drive to some trampoline park an hour away.

We are doing this for our 7 year old at our neighborhood playground. We will plan some party games like a scavenger hunt and hopefully get an ice cream truck instead of cake.

Not too old. Parents will be thrilled they can bring younger siblings too.
